Originally from Nebraska, Michaela moved to Wyoming in 2011 to pursue her Master’s in Counseling from the University of Wyoming. She graduated in 2013 and worked as a case manager at a local provider agency. In 2015 she went independent as a case manager and started Align Services in 2017. Michaela is always striving to stay educated and up to date on local resources, best practices, and applying these to improve Align Services.

Emmalee grew up in Colorado but has called Wyoming home for 10 years. She received her Bachelor’s in Communication and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Education from the University of Wyoming. Emmalee has worked in the developmental disabilities field for five years, beginning as a Direct Support Professional and now as a Case Manager. She also provides case management services for the Community Choice Waiver and serves on the Laramie Advisory Commission on Disabilities board. Emmalee strives for open and honest communication. She advocates for individuals’ rights to ensure they are living their life as they would like.

Curran is a Wyoming native and has worked in the Developmental Disabilities field since 2015, starting as a Direct Support Professional and now as a case manager for the Developmental Disabilities Waiver and the Community Choice Waiver. Curran earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Curran has always been centered on service to others. He takes a holistic approach to supporting the individuals on his caseload to keep their well being his top priority. Curran is also focused on improving his community by volunteering with Meals on Wheels and Special Olympics.

Kaycee grew up in Utah but has called Wyoming home since 2010. She received her bachelor’s in psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming. Kaycee has worked in special education since 2018. Kaycee strives to be an advocate for all participants; to support them holistically and help them live the lives they want to live.
